From the Heart of Jesus - Prophetic Word

Underlying stress and strife can hinder our love relationship with the Lord.

One morning during my prayer time with Jesus, He gently addressed the strife that dwelled within my heart, revealing feelings I wasn't even aware of. His voice was a soothing balm, assuring me of His unwavering love and guiding me to understand that what truly matters to Him are the matters of my heart, not the efforts I exert to please Him. I realized that my stress and striving were insignificant in comparison to the depth of His care for my soul.

These profound words, spoken to me in 2006, continue to resonate as a reminder of His grace and the importance of inner peace over outward actions. I'm sharing this prophetic word with you just as it was spoken to me by Holy Spirit. I trust it will encourage you as much as it encourages me - even to this day nearly twenty years later.

FROM THE HEART OF JESUS

I do not compare you to others. I do not look at the externals that fade away. I do not judge my people by the state of their homes and gardens and earthly ventures. I seek devotion. I long for communion and fellowship. I long to teach my children rest and simplicity. I do not put the stressful yoke upon you that you wear my child. I do not require from you what you require of yourself.

Know the richness of my peace, my devotion. I unlock the mysteries of freedom from worry and strife. You wrestle so with striving to get it right you are still very uncomfortable with the aspect of just being with me. You are impatient with yourself and others. Intolerant of what you perceive as failure. What you perceive as such, I do not.

Do not look over at the others and what they are doing. I am focusing on you and what I have for you. Do not fret or fear, you have not missed me. I have you on a journey to know me.

The external world is growing into chaos and famines and pestilence and financial stress will grow. You cannot change this. I've called my children to know me.

If you are driven by the external you will never know the peace and serenity and knowing with me. There are so many constant pressures and demands your environment and world put upon you that I do not. There is but one great work a human is called to and that is knowing me. I am meek, humble, lowly of heart and I give rest to your soul.

You cannot change world events, but you can worry and stress and allow these things to rob the very essence of your life and peace. You can strive to achieve and receive great accolades from the human populace and yet be bare and naked and destitute of eternal riches.

You cannot fix yourself. You cannot make yourself grow, but you can be with me, seek me, hear from me. Do not let world events dictate to you where you should be.

The inner journey is of the utmost importance. Each day holds the lessons. Each day holds the wonders. Each day holds the treasure of knowing me and hearing me and walking with me.

Many generations have come and gone, seasons and epochs of grand scale to uneventful. Outside forces are not to fashion the heart. The heart is what I seek.

You are taught to measure by man's standards. What do these have in common with mine?

My treasure and storehouses are filled with wisdom and knowledge that I will pour out for those who seek me.

I do not look for what man and looks for. I do not value what man lifts up and values - for they build a kingdom that will not last. They build great names for themselves, great halls of their own glory which fades.

I build in you my eternal Kingdom, my eternal treasure. I prepare you to minister love and healing into what I treasure, the human heart.

Learn to look in my eyes in each conversation. Do not search in another for the approval you seek. They do not and cannot give you what you seek. I do not measure as others measure. It is a language few can understand. Few who take the time to see, to know with me.

What may look like failure to one man is not failure to me. The human heart holds infinite delight and beauty. One man's heart that has learned to sing the love song is to me more valuable than many universities of man's knowledge.

Man writes, figures, pursues, and succeeds in what he thinks is great. Yet to me and what is eternal and truth, it is rubbish. What man esteems I do not. Great storehouses of wisdom, books and philosophies become dust and are forgotten. What is eternal cannot be forgotten. What I birth will never be forgotten.
