I Will Not go Silently Into the Night!

In the 1996 movie, Independence Day, the very existence of humanity is threatened by an alien invasion.

Enormous enemy aircraft are hovering and poised for invasion over every nation on planet earth.

The U.S. President, played by Bill Pullman, stands up and issues the soul searing war cry –

“We will not go silently into the night!”

Everyone cheers, including the audience, and united they attack the enemy, and bring them down.

In this fictional Hollywood scenario, the enemy threatening the annihilation of humanity is clearly seen, understood and conquered.

The glory and purpose of warriors is to bring down the enemy.

But first, we need to know who the enemy is.

It’s easier when the threat is clearly defined. It’s more challenging when the enemy is cloaked in the disguise of “tolerance” and “inclusion.”

THE SLEEPING CHURCH

One morning in prayer and union with the heart of Jesus, He spoke to me about the sleeping church.

• “While you were sleeping, prayer was removed from schools.”

• “While you were sleeping, abortion became an epidemic.”

• “While you were sleeping, homosexual marriage became the law of the land.”

• “While you were sleeping, evil infiltrated every institution of government and education.”

THE INVISIBLE ENEMY

Today, the greatest threat to the existence of humanity isn’t coming.

It is here.

How did it happen that so much of the world populace has swallowed and ingested the lie that “genitals” are a mere suggestion at birth?

Governments are redefining the definition of male and female.

According to an article published by MXM News on 9/06/24, women are being erased:

American, European medical groups erase women: “Persons with childbearing potential.” New medical guidelines from U.S. and European organizations replace references to women with gender-neutral terms like "persons with childbearing potential." Critics argue these changes complicate medical practices and erase women from discussions about healthcare.

People are being fired for not using “preferred pronouns” for the mentally and spiritually deluded among us.

I have compassion for the souls caught in the web of sexual confusion and afflicted with transgender disorder. We know this pain firsthand in our own family. It seems no family is unaffected by the delusion of gender dysphoria and sexual perversion in our day.

These are the facts.

What is God calling us to do?

• Fix our eyes, love and affections on Jesus Christ and His Word.

“Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God,” (Heb.12:2 BSB).

• Take courage and conquer the spirit of fear. Fear is a calculated weapon used by official ‘talking heads’ to control the masses through lies and manipulation.

“God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of love, of power, and of a sound mind,” (2Tim. 1:7 NKJ).

• Stop focusing on escaping in the rapture. There is a lot of work to do!

“Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God,”

(2Thes 2:1-3 NKJ).

• Learn to live and operate in our seated position of authority in the heavens and legislate God’s Kingdom on the earth.

“And now, because we are united to Christ, we both have equal and direct access in the realm of the Holy Spirit to come before the Father! So, you are not foreigners or guests, but rather you are the children of the city of the holy ones, with all the rights as family members of the household of God,”

(Eph. 2:18-19 PT).

“We have boldness through Him and free access as kings before the Father because of our complete confidence in Christ's faithfulness,” (Eph. 3:12 PT).

• Gather with like-minded people and pray together. Decree and proclaim the Word of God into your sphere of influence and the things unfolding on the earth.

DO NOT REMAIN SILENT!

I titled this newsletter – “I Will Not Go Silently into the Night!” because in this spiritually charged atmosphere of hatred, suspicion, rising antisemitism and persecution of Christianity and family values – there is the very real danger of choosing cowardice and silence.

The Consequences of Silence

A nation of SILENT German Lutherans turned a blind eye and ignored the stench of burning bodies as Jews, and political dissenters, were burned to death in concentration camps.

A nation of SILENT Catholic Italians – including the Pope – turned their Jewish neighbors over for extermination in the death camps.

There was a remnant of God-fearing humanity, believers and non-believers alike, who worked diligently to hide and rescue the Jews in Nazi occupied Europe.

There were those who chose to speak up against the reign of Nazi terror who perished alongside the Jews in the camps.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Feb 4, 1906 – April 9, 1945, Age 39

German theologian

“I will have no right to participate in the reconstruction of Christian life in Germany after the war if I do not share the trials of this time with my people.” The next year Bonhoeffer charged that “the Church was SILENT when it should have cried out because the blood of the innocent was crying aloud to heaven. She is guilty of the deaths of the weakest and most defenseless brothers of Jesus Christ.”

Dietrich Bonhoeffer was imprisoned and murdered by the Nazi’s because he refused to remain silent. He left behind a fiancé he never had the chance to marry. He fixed his eyes on his Savior Jesus Christ and paid the ultimate price for his love for God and his fellow man.

In essence, Dietrich Bonhoeffer conquered the devil and won a martyr’s crown.

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death,” (Rev. 12:7 NKJ).

WE ARE IN A COSMIC WAR OVER DOMINION OF PLANET EARTH!

The devil knows his time is short and he is making a pre-emptive strike through globalism to take over the world.

Heaven is approaching earth – TO TAKE IT OVER! God has specific strategies, lessons and solutions He desires to reveal to His Bride on the earth.

The purpose and responsibility of the church – God’s family on the earth – is to function as co-heirs and co-creators with Christ.

This is an extremely important revelation to get ahold of and begin to operate in.

The commission of Jesus Christ to His church is to rise in His authority, anointing and leadership, to disciple nations (Matt 28:18-20).

It’s time to ascend into the heavens and receive Father God’s heart and strategies to manifest His Kingdom on earth.

Jesus is not coming for a cowardly, weak, silent, powerless Bride.

“Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory,

for the marriage of the Lamb has come, his Bride has made herself ready;

it was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure”—

for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints,”

(Rev 19:7-8 ESV).

Jesus is coming for a glorious Bride who has made herself ready in the righteous deeds of trust, devotion, obedience, bravery, boldness, and passionate love for Him.

There has never been a more critical time in the history of America for God's people to stand up and speak up.

If we remain silent and refuse to vote the conservative ticket in the upcoming election - vicious, deadly persecution will rise against Christians, Jews and all who disagree with the government.

Do not remain silent.

Seek the heart of Jesus - What is He calling you to do in this day?

King Jesus has work to do on planet earth. It's time to stop focusing on getting out of here - any minute - and kneel before Adonai, Lord of Heavens armies and receive your marching orders for the hour we live.
